We did not like anything in shit lord.

The only positiv thing was that the staff did not charge us for the last booked night, cause we checked out earlier. But we had to intervent for it!

There were no towels, no toilet paper, the credit card machine did not work, and it was extremly noisy!! The walls were painted, so that there was an awful smell in the whole hotel.

Location is poor : it is not that close of cst unless that you consider that being not to far from the very rear back end of the wall closing the railway station is near. On top of that hotel is in the middle of nothing (no shops, restaurant, ...) and you can only access it via taxi as it located on the side of a big road that you cannot walk on it. Endly, cheaper hotel offering better service quality are available opposite the main entrance of cst railway station.

Rooms are not as good as being charged. Needs alot of improvement on cleanliness.

It´s in walking distance from the train station. The room was clean with tv and hot water. Good value for money.

Wifi wasnt working. The staff at the restaurant wasnt very friendly and couldnt wait to get rid off us before we even finished our tea

The food was good. Staff was ok. Location is great.

I have never stayed at such a bad hotel before. Cockroaches. Tap was running continuously. No tub for the shower. Flush was spilling water. No cover for the duvet. Weird bed sheet. Terrifying wirings. Dirt and hair everywhere. The good reviews must be fake.
